How does multi-model generation work?
On Pro and Enterprise plans you can choose which AI model (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google) generates your brief. Each model has a distinct style and strengths. Podfolio respects daily limits and caches results so you can revisit briefs without re-running models.
Will users be able to spam Regenerate and burn tokens?
No. Podfolio enforces per-model and per-day limits. Once a model has been used for today, subsequent views use cached results instead of re-generating. Free users can only use the default OpenAI model.
What counts as a "source"?
A source is typically a high-signal AI, tech, or business podcast. On Pro you can enable up to 30 sources curated for AI & tech intelligence. Enterprise customers can add custom feeds (RSS, YouTube, Twitter).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime in the settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you support?
We support multiple payment methods through Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and Alipay. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Is there a time limit for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is permanently free with no time restrictions. When you need more features, you can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise anytime.
Do you offer trials or discounts for teams?
Pro includes a 7-day free trial. For teams, we offer volume pricing and custom onboarding on the Enterprise plan. Contact us to discuss your use case.
How do I request a refund?
